Land

In China, there's a saying: tea is the voice of the land.

Tea has been cultivated in China for thousands of years. Across the country, different climates, elevations, and traditions have given rise to an extraordinary diversity of teas. Each cup carries the soul of its origin, shaped by the mountain's height, the age of the tea trees, the season of the harvest, and the skill of the hands that craft it.

Selection

From the cliffs of Wuyi to the lakeside hills of Zhejiang, we have traveled through China’s core tea regions, seeking ecological gardens where nature thrives and traditional methods are preserved. Each tea we select reflects this search: Jasmine Dragon Pearls, hand-rolled and infused with fresh jasmine blossoms; Bai Rui Xiang, shaped by the rocky cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains; Hong Maofeng, balancing warmth with freshness; and Longjing, hand-pan-fired to preserve the essence of early spring.

Craft

Harvest is only the beginning. The character of a tea is shaped through hundreds of small decisions—when the leaves are picked, how they are withered, rolled, oxidized, roasted, or scented. A single leaf can become a green tea, an oolong, or a black tea depending on the hands that guide it. Every style reflects generations of craftsmanship passed from one tea maker to the next.

Experience

Our collection is intentionally small. Rather than offering every style of Chinese tea, we have chosen five that each tell a different story through their distinctive character, their place of origin, and the people who continue to make them.

Unlike tea bags designed for a single infusion, whole-leaf Chinese tea continues to evolve with each brew. As the leaves gradually unfurl, new aromas, textures, and flavours emerge, revealing different expressions of the same tea.

We believe drinking tea is an experience without rush. Brew it with care, return to the leaves, and discover how each infusion changes over time. Let the flavours unfold at their own pace, until you find the one that stays with you.
