SOLS Paris cannot modify delivery details after an order has been confirmed and is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante addresses.
PACKAGING & FRAGILE GOODS
All SOLS Paris ceramics are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Each order is double-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, so that we can assist you promptly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
SOLS Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

RETURNS
We hope you love your SOLS Paris piece. Each item is handcrafted with care, and slight variations in shape, glaze, or tone are part of its unique character.
If, however, something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for ensuring fragile products arrive back to us intact. Items that arrive chipped, cracked, or broken cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked and insured service.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solsparis.com with your order number. We will confirm the return instructions by email.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item. Once the damage is verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales made on the SOLS Paris website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS
All products are handmade. Variations in size, color, or finish are part of their artisanal character and do not constitute defects. Product photos are indicative and may vary slightly from the actual item.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable French taxes (TTC).
Shipping fees and any import duties are shown or payable separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
A sale is concluded once SOLS Paris confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, abnormal activity, or suspected fraud.
6. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of SOLS Paris until full payment has been received. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. DELIVERY

SOLS Paris cannot be held liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
To request a return, customers must contact SOLS Paris at info@solsparis.com within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify SOLS Paris within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. In such cases, SOLS Paris will issue a refund once the damage is confirmed; the return of the damaged item is generally not required.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES
All products are covered by:
