DELIVERY ZONES & FEES

We currently ship orders within France, across the European Union, and internationally. All parcels are shipped from France via trusted carriers such as Colissimo, La Poste, or DHL, depending on the destination. 

HANDLING & DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2–5 working days

• European Union: 4–8 working days

• Rest of the World: 7–14 working days (depending on customs and destination)

Please note that these are indicative times and may vary during busy periods or due to customs procedures outside the EU.

ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

Please ensure that all shipping information, including your name, address, phone number, and email, is accurate when placing your order.

sols Paris cannot modify delivery details after an order has been confirmed and is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante addresses.

PACKAGING & FRAGILE GOODS

All sols Paris ceramics are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Each order is double-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, so that we can assist you promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
sols Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
