2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales made on the SOLS Paris website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS

All products are handmade. Variations in size, color, or finish are part of their artisanal character and do not constitute defects. Product photos are indicative and may vary slightly from the actual item.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable French taxes (TTC).
Shipping fees and any import duties are shown or payable separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

A sale is concluded once SOLS Paris confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, abnormal activity, or suspected fraud.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of SOLS Paris until full payment has been received. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery terms, times, and costs are detailed on our Shipping Information page.
SOLS Paris cannot be held liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

To request a return, customers must contact SOLS Paris at info@solsparis.com within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify SOLS Paris within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. In such cases, SOLS Paris will issue a refund once the damage is confirmed; the return of the damaged item is generally not required.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products are covered by:

• The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (valid for two years from delivery).
  
  

• The Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (allowing refund or replacement if a defect renders the product unusable).
  
  

These statutory rights apply free of charge and independently of any commercial warranty.

10. LIABILITY

SOLS Paris cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

SOLS Paris shall not be liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions).

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, texts, and the SOLS Paris trademark — is the exclusive property of SOLS Paris. Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law under the supervision of the CNIL.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by French law.
Consumers may bring disputes before the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

15. UPDATES TO THE TERMS

SOLS Paris may update these Terms periodically. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.
