Known as the Queen of Green Teas, Longjing has been treasured in China for centuries. Its distinctive flat leaves are the result of a centuries-old hand-finishing technique, in which each leaf is gently pressed by hand against a hot pan by master tea makers. This demanding craft, recognized by UNESCO for its cultural significance, not only creates Longjing's iconic shape but also preserves its freshness while developing its signature sweetness and gentle chestnut warmth. There is nothing loud about Longjing. Soft and clean in aroma, restrained in character, it captures the stillness of spring mornings and the calm of mist-covered mountains.
